Vanilla Crispies

Ingredients
  • 175 gms butter (6 ozs)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla essence. Beat well. Add flour then stir in ricebubbles and chopped walnuts.

Roll into teaspoon size balls place on baking tray and flatten with fork. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 mins.
